Share a simulation with a controlled link

Choose visitor access, identity settings and link limits before sharing a browser simulation.

Updated

A Lokaverse share link opens a simulation in a web browser. Viewers do not need an account by default. Creating a link requires build access to the project.

Choose the audience

Open the simulation's Share links tab. Choose whether the link is open to anyone who has it or limited to invited people. Set an end date or limits on opens when the use case needs them. You can extend or turn off the link later.

Decide what to ask visitors

A link can open without asking for details, ask visitors to enter their name and details, or ask them to confirm an email address with a one-time code. Typed details are not checked. The email-code option confirms access to that mailbox. Reports keep these identity modes distinct.

Explain what is collected

Before giving details, visitors see the platform notice explaining what the sharing organisation can see, such as time spent, parts opened and questions asked. The notice also explains that the sender may ask to join and that the visitor is asked first. Your organisation may add to this notice.

Choose whether the AI assistant is available on the link and whether to receive demo-open alerts. Alerts must be turned on for the link. When a colleague wants to follow along live, the visitor must accept on their own screen.

Embedding on your website

Embedding uses a separate copy-and-paste code. An administrator must list the website addresses allowed to show the simulation. Live guidance is available through a standard share link; it is not available inside an embed on another website.

Review links when a campaign, training session or demonstration ends. Turn off links that are no longer needed. Taking a simulation offline prevents it from playing through its links as well.
